We offer a diverse selection of party equipment rentals, including both rectangular and circular rental tables, a wide range of rental chairs, tablecloths, tents, and more. All of our equipment is well-maintained and sanitized after each use, ensuring that it's safe and ready for your event.

What types of party equipment do you rent?

We rent a variety of party equipment such as tables, chairs, tents, and more.

How far in advance should I book my rental?

We recommend booking as early as possible. Peak seasons (spring/summer/holidays) fill up quickly, so at least 2-4 weeks in advance is ideal.

How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is 24 hours. Extended rentals can be arranged for an additional fee.

Do you deliver and pick up rentals?

Yes! We offer delivery and pickup services. Rates are based on order size.

Is setup and breakdown included in the delivery fee?

No, delivery is to the closest entry point only. If you need setup or breakdown, we offer Full Support Services which can be added at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We service Gwinnett County and surrounding areas. Extended delivery zones may incur an additional fee.

Can I pick up the items myself?

Yes, local pickups are available by appointment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Zelle, Cash App, credit/debit cards. Credit cards include a 3.5% processing fee.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable deposit is due at delivery or pickup and returned upon the safe return of items. Refundable deposits must be paid via Cash, Cash App, or Zelle. Please note: Credit card payments are not accepted for deposits, as they incur non-refundable processing fees.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 7 or more days before your event date: You may cancel your order and all payments made will be refunded.

Cancellations made within 6 days of your event date: You will be responsible for 50% of your total rental invoice. This covers reserved inventory and scheduling.

Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows: Full payment is required. No refunds or credits will be issued.

What is your weather policy?

All rentals are reserved and prepared in advance, regardless of weather conditions. As such, we do not offer refunds for events canceled or impacted by inclement weather. However, we understand that weather can be unpredictable. Clients may request to reschedule their event or apply their rental payment as a credit toward a future date, subject to item availability and notification at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery. Once items have been delivered or set up, no adjustments, credits, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including weather-related disruptions.

What happens if an item is damaged or missing?

You will be responsible for the replacement cost. We recommend treating our items with care to avoid additional fees.

Can I make changes to my order after booking?

Yes – changes can be made up to 3 days before the event, based on item availability.

Can you customize a package for my event?

Of course! We love tailoring packages to fit your vision. Just let us know what you’re dreaming up.

Do you offer décor or event planning services?

Yes – we’re more than rentals. We offer full planning, décor, and setup services for all occasions.

Can I view the rental items before booking?

Yes, viewings are available by appointment. Let us know what you’d like to see!

Do you offer same-day or last-minute rentals?

We do our best to accommodate. Rush fees may apply depending on timing and availability.
