Terms and Conditions

  • 1. Reservation and Booking:
  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.
  • Full payment is required prior to the event date.
  • Changes to the reservation must be communicated and confirmed in writing.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date will receive a partial refund (minus the non-refundable deposit).
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the event date are non-refundable.

3. Security Deposit:

  • A security deposit is required for all rentals and will be refunded after the event, provided there are no damages or violations of the terms and conditions. 

4. Damages and Loss:

  • The client is responsible for any damage or loss to the rented items during the rental period.
  • Damages will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

5. Delivery and Pickup:

  • Delivery and pickup fees may apply based on the location and size of the order.
  • The client must provide a secure and accessible location for delivery and pickup.
  • Deliveries are drop-off only. We do not provide setup or breakdown with standard delivery. Items will be delivered to the nearest accessible point and must be returned to the same location for pickup. If you require assistance with setup or breakdown of tables and chairs, we offer this as an additional service under our Full Support Service option.

6. Use of Equipment:

  • Rental items are to be used for their intended purpose only.
  • Any alterations or modifications to the equipment are strictly prohibited.

7. Liability:

  • The client assumes full responsibility for the rented items during the rental period.
  • Your Dream My Passion is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the use of the rented items.

8. Force Majeure:

  • Your Dream My Passion is not liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

9. Insurance:

  • The client is encouraged to obtain event insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or liabilities related to the event.

10. Indemnification:

  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold the event rental company harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the rented items.

11. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Gwinnett County Courts.

12. Weather Policy:

  • At Your Dream, My Passion, all rentals are reserved and prepared in advance, regardless of weather conditions. As such, we do not offer refunds for events canceled or impacted by inclement weather. However, we understand that weather can be unpredictable. Clients may request to reschedule their event or apply their rental payment as a credit toward a future date, subject to item availability and notification at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery. Once items have been delivered or set up, no adjustments, credits, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including weather-related disruptions.

By proceeding with the reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. Your Dream My Passion reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our event rental services. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Reservation and Cancellation:

  • All reservations are subject to a non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the event date are non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the unlikely event that any rental items are damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us immediately.
  • We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund for the affected items.

3. Changes to Order:

  • Changes to the rental order can be made 7 days or more before the event date.
  • Changes made within 3 days of the event date may incur additional fees.

4. Security Deposit:

  • The security deposit will be refunded after the event, provided there are no damages or violations of the terms and conditions.
  • Deductions may be made for any damages, missing items, or additional fees incurred during the rental period.

5. Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3 days of the event date or cancellation date.

6. No-Show or Unused Items:

  • No refunds will be provided for any unused items or if the client fails to pick up the rental items on the scheduled date.

7. Customer Satisfaction:

  • We strive to meet and exceed your expectations. If you have any concerns or issues with our rental items or services, please contact us promptly. We are committed to finding a satisfactory resolution.

8. Force Majeure:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government regulations, we reserve the right to modify or cancel orders. In such cases, a refund or credit may be offered.
